Meet Coach Olivia
Nearly two decades of softball, one on one.
Olivia Roark brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the sport of softball. A 4-year varsity starter in high school, she earned all-conference and all-state honors before continuing her career at Division 1 Missouri State University, where she was named first-team All-MVC.
After five years coaching at Ottumwa High School, Olivia moved to the Chicago suburbs, where she now serves as the JV coach at Lincoln-Way East. Alongside her high school coaching, she runs The Softball Lab in New Lenox — where every private lesson is built around one athlete, one goal, one at a time.
Proudly serving the Lincoln-Way area — New Lenox, Frankfort, Mokena, Manhattan, and the greater Chicago south suburbs.

Olivia works with athletes ages 10 and up, from beginners just picking up the game to varsity players chasing the next level. Every session is tailored to where the athlete is now and where they’re trying to go.
What does Olivia coach in private lessons?
Private lessons cover hitting, slapping, infield, outfield, and throwing. Sessions are position-specific and focused on the details that actually move a player’s game forward. Olivia also offers group & team training and camps & clinics on request — contact her to schedule.
